Huddersfield Town are closing on a deal for Barnsley fullback Andy Yiadom.

The Sun says Yiadom is having a medical at Huddersfield ahead of his planned move from Barnsley.

The 25-year-old full-back is set to complete the short trip up from Oakwell after a breakthrough in talks between the Yorkshire clubs.
