Huddersfield Town chief scout Chris Baker says manager David Wagner deserves comparisons with Jurgen Klopp.

The German is living up to his reputation after guiding the Terriers to a comfortable mid-table position so far this season.

"We are the smallest team in the Premier League, with gorgeous fans, a great coach like Wagner and a wonderful team. We enjoy the moment and see how it will go," Baker told TMW.

On comparisons between Wagner and Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, Baker agrees.

"Absolutely agree. He is a great coach, the best possible for us," he added.

Baker also offered his opinion on Serie A.

"Up to ten years ago, it was the best league, and then the Premier League, the Liga and the Bundesliga have passed it, and here fans are looking for something different from defensive and tactics. We not keep track of players but we must not forget our budget and our possibilities..."
