Huddersfield Town boss David Wagner had no complaints after defeat to Crystal Palace.
Wagner insisted the Terriers didn't lack in the areas of enthusiasm, attitude and effort, but it was just that final killer instinct with the ball that ultimately was lacking.
He told HTTV: “It's a disappointing defeat and it's a disappointing performance as well. We know what we've done wrong today, we were below par. Especially in ball possession we gave the ball away and we made too many easy mistakes and we wasn't able to close the gaps.
“Palace were able to use these mistakes and the space, they were a threat on the counter and they deserved the win.
“The good thing is if you know what you've done wrong, you can make it better the next time. The atmosphere was outstanding and thank you to the supporters for what they've done today."
