Burnley and Huddersfield have agreed on a fee for striker Nakhi Wells.
The 27-year old is set to undergo a medical at Turf Moor, according to Sky Sports.
Wells has fallen down the pecking order at Town after their heavy recruitment this off-season.
Clarets boss Sean Dyche has identified the Bermuda international as a replacement for Andre Gray, who departed for Watford earlier this month.
