Hermann Hreidarsson says Portsmouth should stick with the caretaker management team of Paul Hart and Brian Kidd.
Pompey owner Sacha Gaydamak is still trying to bring in former England boss Sven Goran Eriksson.
But Hreidarsson, 34, said: "Paul and Brian have come in and it has been very fresh and enjoyable."
