Eddie Howe has vowed never to stagnate in his role as Bournemouth manager.
The Englishman revealed he has changed a number of his methods this season. And it appears to be working as the Cherries have won their opening two Premier League matches.
Howe told the Daily Echo: "We changed a whole host of things.
"Our training has been totally different, it never is the same from pre-season to pre-season.
"I'm not one of those managers who churns out the same drills we always do. The players have adapted really well to that."
