Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is praising his defender Nathan Ake for his recent performances.
Ake was a £20 million summer buy from Chelsea, where he never got the full opportunity to get into the first team.
Now he is showing what he can do at Bournemouth, where he has played all but one Premier League game this season.
"I think Nathan has been a model of consistency. He is a great character with a great temperament," said his manager.
"He trains very well every day and has the mentality to want to be at his best, whether it is a five-a-side or a training drill.
"I think you have then seen that come out on the pitch. He has been excellent for us and I am delighted with his contribution."
