Reading midfielder Brian Howard says they always fancied shocking Liverpool in the FA Cup this week.

Howard actually dumped Liverpool out of the competition two years ago while with Barnsley.

He said: "This season Liverpool don't have the same aura. I said to the boys, Liverpool have lost 10 of their last 20 games so this is a good opportunity to turn them over. We were the better side over the two games. This wasn't a smash and grab win."
