Derby County striker Steve Howard believes that the season starts in earnest tomorrow.

"We look at these next four fixtures and envisage we can get so many points," Howard said ahead of tomorrow's match against Bolton. "Win one and you get on a roll. We knew the first [seven] games were tricky."
