Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard admits they must be better defensively.
Everton conceded three goals at home to Blackpool, but managed to win 5-3.
Howard said: "We've got top quality players across the back and we've just got to get better.
"I was excited that we got the victory but I've been around long enough to realise on another day it won't happen - you can't expect a team to score five goals.
"They should expect us to not concede or maybe just concede one to keep us in the game."
