Houston Dynamo have Ade Akinbiyi to the media and are just waiting for a buy out clause to be finalized according to the club. Dynamo chief operating officer Chris Canetti said: "Our search for a forward has been very public since the offseason. Finally we have settled on a player who we think will come here and bring great results. We are very happy to have him join us."

Akinbiyi flew to Houston Friday and then passed his entry physical Saturday.

"Since then we have been finalizing the finer points of his contract," said Canetti. "He has signed an MLS contract to play with the Dynamo. Having said that, there are still a few more steps that need to happen before he becomes an official member of the team. Once he finalizes his buyout with (Burnley) we will be able to file for officially for the international transfer paperwork."
