Houston Dynamo thank goalkeeper Pat Onstad for first season win

Following a second half penalty save, Houston Dynamo coach Dominic Kinnear has heaped praise on goalkeeper Pat Onstad.

Kinnear had his goalkeeper to thank after Onstad saved a penalty, giving the Dynamo their first win of the season.

Speaking after the game Kinnear said, "I thought it was going to be another frustrating afternoon, Pat (Onstad) comes up with a wonderful save, and then follows that up with an even better one.

"We came out and played some of our best stuff of the year, thoroughly deserved to be up 1-0, I don't think they had much until the end.

"Right now, it's a win and it's a good three points," Kinnear continued.

"Anytime you win, you feel more confident. The sun shines a little better, the locker room smells a little better. Practices, time goes by better. A win makes all the difference."
