Houston Dynamo coach Dom Kinnear gave all of his players on trial a great opportunity to impress the coaching staff in a pre-season friendly with Houston Baptist University on Saturday.

The Dynamo ran out 2-0 winners and Kin near was happy with the form of his players after training inside due to weather conditions late last week.

"We wanted to see the trialists today," said Kinnear. "No point in seeing them in a bubble. We wanted to see them out here and play and give them an extended run on the field."

One of those trialists, Trinidad & Tobago midfilder Lester Peltier, was very impressive with a long range goal. He said that he was still getting used t his new surroundings but was thoroughly enjoying his time with the Dynamo.

"I'm feeling like I'm home, not only because of the weather, but … I am feeling confident around the players and I am coming out and giving 100 percent," said Peltier.
