Houston Dynamo have revealed that they will allow Geoff Cameron to sign with Premier League club Stoke City.
The 26-year old defender is close to completing his move to the Britannia Stadium but needs MLS Commissioner Don Garber and league owners to agree to the deal.
Reports suggest that MLS has been offered $2.7million for Cameron with the Dynamo set to receive two-thirds of that sum with a decision to be made on Thursday.
"The club is in favor of this transfer, and we are in support of it happening," Dynamo president Chris Canetti said.
"We will continue to work with the league as they go through the process and make their decision."
