Houston co-owner De La Hoya visits supporters groups

Houston Dynamos co-owner Oscar De La Hoya made a visit to the club's two biggest supporters groups on Sunday.

The multiple boxing world title-holder, who owns a 25 per cent stake in the club, cheered on the Dynamo with 'El Batallon' in their 1-1 draw with Seattle Sounders before heading over to watch with the 'Texian Army' as part of a promise he made when he bought into the club.

"A promise is a promise," said De La Hoya, whose presence had fans scrambling for pictures and handshakes. "It feels amazing. I'm going to do it more often; I love it."
