Liverpool fans in Hong Kong are set to get a first look at Lucas Leiva for the Barclay Asia Trophy final against Portsmouth.
Skipper Gerrard has recovered from the abdominal strain that kept him out of Tuesday's victory over South China, while Torres, Leiva and Babel have both now received international clearance.
Speaking to the press at the team hotel, Rafa Benitez said: "We now have more options. These three players will give us some added quality and fresh legs.
"We can now approach the final differently and with a more attacking mentality.
"It's going to be a tough game but it's one we want to win. A lot of our supporters are here and it's important we win the trophy.
"I will try to play my best team but I will have to see how the players are after training before finalising my decision."
