Keisuke Honda has made a plea to AC Milan fans to get behind the team.
Milan have won only once this year and sit in the bottom half of the Serie A table.
"We need to improve our performances, but we have to do it all together," Honda said.
"The fans too can help us to grow. The fans can fire you up before a game, but at the same time, there's a lot of pressure from them because they want to see Milan higher up the table.
"We need to get our heads down and work hard to get out of this current negative situation.
"We need to get rid of the negativity in the dressing room. Only if everyone helps, the players along with the fans, can we bring Milan back to a calmer place."
