Norwich City skipper Grant Holt says they'll be no slacking off after their 2-2 result with Everton.

A draw was enough to help Norwich reach the magical 40-point mark.

But Holt insisted: "There will be no taking the foot off the pedal. The aim was always to get safe, so now we're there we want to finish as high as we can."
