Aussie midfielder Brett Holman scored a crucial goal for AZ Alkmaar in the Dutch Eredivisie on the weekend. In a see-sawing affair, Alkmaar came from behind to take the lead, only for home side Heerenveen to equalise before the visitors went ahead again and then have their lead stolen in injury time. Holman scored the goal that put Alkmaar ahead in the 58th minute after coming on as a sub just after half-time. The point sees Alkmaar return to the top of the table on goal difference.
