Holloway stands by Blackpool tactics for Blackburn defeat

Blackpool boss Ian Holloway stands by his tactics for their defeat at Blackburn Rovers.

They were caught out as Blackburn broke back to snatch victory with almost the last kick but Holloway had no regrets.

He said: "I might get a bit of this or a bit of that, people asking why we didn't shut up shop, but we had the momentum at our home ground.

"We need to win our home games and I would be letting myself down if we didn't keep going.

"I thought I had done my job, as you could tell with my jumping around.

"I thought it was nothing more than we deserved - but sometimes in life you don't get what you deserve."
