Millwall boss Ian Holloway says Liverpool striker Luis Suarez needs counseling.
Writing in his column for the Sunday Mirror, Millwall manager Holloway believes the Liverpool and Uruguay striker is in need of desperate help after sinking his teeth into the Italy defender during Tuesday's World Cup Group D do-or-die clash.
"Biting someone can never be regarded as anything but barbaric behaviour," he wrote.
"At the moment, you become so emotionally charged during games that you lose the plot.
"It's an emotional illness and I do not believe you should be let loose on a football pitch again until you have faced up to your issues and dealt with them.
"FIFA has a duty of care and your ban should have been sine die until you had completed a properly supervised programme of mental rehabilitation."
