Holloway determined to keep in-demand Blackpool winger Phillips

Blackpool boss Ian Holloway will only sell winger Matt Phillips if a top Premier League club offers a substantial sum.

Championship rivals Cardiff reportedly saw an offer for the 20 year old refused earlier this week, while Bolton are thought to have made an enquiry.

He told the Daily Star: "The future for Matt Phillips is here.

"He knows from me if the top teams come in we will let him know about it and they will pay the right money for him.

"That time has not come yet. Anybody can say they want him but he's ours."
