Stuart Holden is set to return to Bolton Wanderers training this week according to The Bolton News.
The 26-year old USA midfielder suffered a serious knee injury against Manchester United in March but is set to get back out on the pitch this week.
Holden has been rehabbing in the gym over the last few months but will now step up his workload although he will not be joining his teammates for another couple of weeks.
The former Houston Dynamo star was one of Bolton's best players prior to his injury last term and it is looking like he could be back playing again in October.
