QPR winger Junior Hoilett feels they can draw inspiration from Hull City this season.
Following the R's return to the top flight, Hoilett believes QPR should be looking to emulate the Tigers in their bid to consolidate their place in the Premier League.
"Coming up from the Championship you want to get some quick wins under your belt straight away," Hoilett told qpr.co.uk.
"Hull did that really well last season and then built on it and that's what we have to try and emulate.
"They are in the Europa League and have signed some decent players so will be no pushovers.
"Last season was an excellent achievement for them and if we can imitate what they did then we should also have a good one."
