Roy Hodgson is in no rush to sign a new deal with West Bromwich Albion.
Albion want him to extend his stay and have told him he can meet for talks whenever he wants.
Hodgson, 64, is a contender to be England boss and says he is relaxed about a deal.
He said: "I'm sure there'll come a time when I can make a clear decision about the future. But the club have let me know they will be happy to sit down with me. We don't have timescales.
"It was a relatively bold decision after leaving Liverpool to jump straight back, especially at a club that was in danger of relegation. That bold decision paid off.
"We harbour ambitions of a third successive season in the Premier League which will be a first."
