West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson is adamant they won't panic buy as they spiral down the table.
Hodgson has reiterated, if the right signings cannot be made, he is happy his current crop of players has enough to secure a third consecutive year in the Barclays Premier League without reinforcements.
"And sometimes you just have to fight your way through the bad periods because people like Olsson, who is coming back into the fray, and Reid and Brunt, are not out forever.
"And, if you're not careful, because you're in a difficult situation for a short period of time, you make decisions that in actual fact work against you further down the road.
"I don't think we need very, very much, and anyone we bring in we need to be able to fully justify, not just for this particular season but also for future seasons as people we need because they are maybe different types.""The January transfer market is a very difficult time of the year and we need to be careful," said the Hawthorns head coach on wba.co.uk.
