West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson is happy to be grumpy around his players to drive them on until the end of the season.
Hodgson believes it is his refusal to relax until the season is over that will maintain Baggies' winning mentality at Wolves.
Hodgson, 63, said: "My mood's not been very good, so I don't know if the players would agree that the mood in the camp has been great this week.
"They think I'm trying out for that Grumpy Old Men TV programme!
"Actually, the mood would've been a lot better had I been more relaxed.
"It's more a case of wishing to be seen as a professional - and the job won't finish until May 22.
"It's probably a fair take of how I am in training. It's part of the danger of getting old when the summers were always hotter and winters had more snow!"
