England coach Roy Hodgson is happy to see Jonjo Shelvey leave Liverpool for Swansea City in the summer.
Hodgson is a big fan of the Swans midfielder.
"I think with the Under-21 game the other week and the matches I see, there are a few players - I'm not saying there's hundreds - but there are a number of players out there who could surprise you if they moved from good reserve positions at top clubs to other good clubs in the Premier League," said Hodgson.
"I'll give you Jonjo Shelvey as an example.
"He was outstanding for the Under-21s, has had some excellent games already for Swansea and yet at Liverpool, with Steven Gerrard, Lucas and people in front of him, he wasn't getting a regular game. It does happen."
