West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson admits he's happy with his backroom team.
Michael Appleton and Keith Downing were appointed assistant head coach and first-team coach respectively on an interim basis until the end of the season in March.
And the Hawthorns boss has been impressed by the job the duo have done since he joined the club in February.
"I haven't thought about changes," Hodgson told the WBA website.
"I haven't spoken to Michael or Keith about it.
"We just get on with the job and a lot will depend on what they want to do. Certainly, I don't have any plans to make any changes at the club.
"I came in here to add to the staff and the footballing expertise which is around here. I didn't come here to change it.
"They're doing a good job and if they're happy, I'm happy."
