England coach Roy Hodgson is convinced of the standard of player they're now producing.
Hodgson believes his England youngsters are a cut above previous generations.
And he says St George's Park, the Football Association's new centre, will ensure standards rise.
"There's no doubt we'll see a vast improvement over the coming 10 years, and I think you can see it already," said Hodgson.
"Welbeck, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Cleverley, Bertrand, Gibbs, Wilshere - in all of these players you can see that technically they are very good."
