Fulham boss Roy Hodgson is keen to keep his players grounded after their victory over Newcastle yesterday.

"We are trying to keep our feet on the ground and take things with a pinch of salt," he said. "Before the match, I didn't really think we were a bottom-three team.

"Now we are close to a Uefa Cup spot, I don't necessarily believe we are a Uefa Cup team either."
