Roy Hodgson thinks Fulham will have an even better chance with Daniel Cousin on board - but FIFA have so far refused to sanction his £3m move from Rangers.
"I'm just hoping they will show some leniency because with him playing for us I'm hopeful we can get out of the bottom three," said Hodgson.
