West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson feels they're ready to come good against Wolves.
The Baggies have won just one Premier League match all season.
But Hodgson said: "I'm sure we're not that far away from producing a performance that will satisfy everyone.
"Why not this Sunday and why not in a derby? I don't think we go into it in particularly bad form.
"It's a special occasion and you've got to be ready for it.
"I don't have any fears for our long-term form or future because I believe in the quality of the players."
