Chelsea icon Glenn Hoddle has urged Roman Abramovich to rival Manchester United for Wesley Sneijder.
Sneijder is available from Inter Milan - to any club prepared to meet their €30 million asking price.
Former Chelsea manager Hoddle believes Sneijder would bring out the best in Fernando Torres next season.
"For someone like Fernando Torres, it is difficult without a creative partner," says Hoddle. "They should get someone like Wesley Sneijder.
"All big clubs are after him, but he is the one they need."
