Tottenham legend Glenn Hoddle has urged Raheem Sterling to stay with Liverpool.
Sterling has been linked with Real Madrid.
But Hoddle told talkSPORT: "Raheem Sterling is a young man and very talented player.
"His head is in a spin at the moment and you can see it in his game. It's not what it was two or three months ago. There's something going on in his mind. The quicker they get that done [the better].
"He could make a very big mistake going abroad. It would be far too early for the lad. He's found his home for the next few years.
"He's proved what he can do, and should improve on that at Liverpool. He can get even better. It's not just about the finances."
