Chelsea hero Glenn Hoddle says his old club can still be caught in the Premier League title race.

Hoddle wrote for the Daily Mail: "The reason there is so much to play for is that mini league of top teams.

"There are points to be taken off each other. The dog-eat-dog nature of that competition means Chelsea's lead could quickly disappear.

"They go to Tottenham this week, Liverpool at the end of the month and then host Arsenal in February. Win all those and, of course, they'll be streaking away but I don't think they will because all those teams have quality. I don't think the race will be over until close to the very end."
