Tottenham legend Glenn Hoddle expects Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola to soon recall Joe Hart.

Hart was dropped for the win over Sunderland on Satuday.

Hoddle wrote in the Daily Mail: "As for Joe Hart, being left out would have been a huge blow. And if he was left out because he's not good with his feet, then there would have been a few moments when Joe had a wry smile on his face because it's not as if Caballero is miles ahead on that.

"I would always pick my best goalkeeper rather than my best goalkeeper on the ball. My hunch is that Hart will be back."
