Ottmar Hitzfeld says Pep Guardiola would be a success at Bayern Munich.

Bayern have been linked with the former Barcelona coach for season 2013/14.

"Guardiola would fit in at Bayern as he is a team player who can talk to everyone," former Bayern boss Hitzfeld stated. "He would have to learn German, though, so he could communicate freely with everyone inside the club.

"If the commitment is there and he can successfully coach a team in Germany, then it would be no fluke."
