Celtic defender Andreas Hinkel believes he will return to Germany at the end of the season. The 28 year old is currently on the sidelines recovering from knee-ligament damage.
Hinkel is expected to miss the remainder of the season, although he is staying upbeat on his unfortunate situation.
"My contract is up at Celtic in the summer and I will probably go back to the Bundesliga," stated Hinkel.
"I am very busy with my rehabilitation and am doing well. I am an incredibly positive person and have a good feeling I will be back fitter than ever.
"When I do, I hope to catch the eye of Joachim Low. It might be time for me to get back in Germany's side."
