Arsenal chairman Peter Hill-Wood has dismissed the Twitter attack from former shareholder Lady Nina Bracewell-Smith on the club's board.
Bracewell-Smith called for the entire Arsenal board to be axed, accusing Hill-Wood and his colleagues of being chauvinists.
But Hill-Wood told the Daily Star: "I wouldn't pay any attention to it myself. I don't know why she is suddenly sounding off.
"She put something like £100m in her pocket and she didn't earn a penny of it. She should keep herself quiet and not complain."
