Hill keeps his sense of priorities as Barnsley boss

Barnsley boss Keith Hill admits he is having to balance his own ambition at Oakwell with a sense of realism. He told the club's official website: "I need to make sure I keep a sense of realism and not be blinded by ambition.

"From a realism point of view we need to get around 1.3 points per game to retain our Championship status, but from an ambition viewpoint I want to win the Championship.

"It's just getting the balance with what I need and what I want. Have we got the number of points I wanted at this stage - no. Are we about where we should be for the games we have played, yes."
