QPR defender Clint Hill insists the squad has enough quality to beat the drop.
Hill admits they've let themselves down this season.
Honest Hill insisted: "The table doesn't lie, we've been poor.
"But we've got some good players here and we just need confidence to go out there and perform and win games.
"The longer it goes on, the bigger the next game becomes and, to be fair, they don't get much bigger for us than a derby against Fulham on Saturday.
"If you can't get up for that game - no matter what position you are in the league - there's something wrong with you."
