Clint Hill insists QPR's dressing room has total faith in manager Mark Hughes.
Hill gave his backing to Hughes, who arrived midway through last season and managed to keep the club in the Premier League on the last day of the campaign.
Hill said: "The gaffer's confident he can turn things around - he wouldn't be here if he wasn't.
"He's still got the full support of all the boys. We're fully behind him and the staff. If you have three or four bad results, people from outside the club start writing things and pointing fingers.
"If you look at the Tottenham manager three or four weeks ago, everyone was saying he was a bad manager.
"All of a sudden he gets a few results and nothing is said."
