Higuain wants same wages as Real Madrid pal Benzema
Real Madrid hope to close an agreement with Gonzalo Higuain over a new contract this week.
AS says Real have been in negotiations with the striker's minders for some months about a new deal - and the coming days could prove decisive.
Having seen off the competition of summer arrival Karim Benzema, Higuain now expects a pay-hike to match the Frenchman's salary.
Real announced last week a new deal for Higuain's teammate Marcelo.

Lolz.. Dude .. How can you compare Eto, Villa, Milito & Torres with Pipita??? Pipita is only 22.
yeah. i am a die hard barca fan but to be factual this guy has proved to be one of the best goalscorers in the world. i wil only rate D. VILLA/ETO/and maybe TORRES abovd him. He his on par with DIEGO MILITO. HIGUAIN IS BETTER IN GOAL SCORING THAN MY NAUGHTY ZLATAN BUT ZLATAN HAS GAME PLAY BETTER THAN HE DOES. BUT THANK GOD I POSSESS PEDRO. HIGUAIN IS GOING PLACES FOR SURE AND HE WILL ENJOY MESSI IN ARGENTINA NATIONAL TEAM.
