Gonzalo Higuain will soon be an Arsenal player according to the Argentine's father Jorge.
The 25-year old Real Madrid striker has been heavily linked with the Gunners for the past few weeks and it is believed that a £22million deal will soon be finalised.
"We do not negotiate with any club without permission of the selling club," Higuain Snr told TuttoMercato.
"We have permission [from Madrid] and hopefully we can soon see my son in the Premier League."
