Gonzalo Higuain is confident the arrival of Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo wouldn't upset the atmosphere inside the Real Madrid dressing room.

The Argentine striker said: "No, certainly not. If he came that wouldn't happen. Quite the contrary.

"Any player would like to have Cristiano Ronaldo in his team.

" I think like everyone else. He is a great footballer and there are many expectations around his signing by Real Madrid. If he came here, he would be welcome and our team will be much better."
