Higuain delighted with Real Madrid victory
Real Madrid striker Gonzalo Higuain was satisfied with their 3-1 win over Sporting Gijon.
The Argentina international was again on the scoresheet last night.
Higuain told Marca, "It was important to win.
"There are twelve games left, and it is vital not to drop points. We have to correct some things. Sporting should not have created those clear chances. We must be calm and prepare for the match against Getafe.
"It is important to convert the chances we create. Today, we could have scored many more goals in the second half.
"It has been a difficult week. Now we are only concentrating on winning the league."
