Danny Higginbotham is of the belief that Liverpool possess an attacking trio capable of pushing the club towards the Premier League title.

Higginbotham suggests that Roberto Firmino, Philippe Coutinho and Sadio Mane are the right combination for Jurgen Klopp's Reds who are third on the table in the wake of Saturday's 2-1 win over West Bromwich Albion.

“Roberto Firmino, Philippe Coutinho and Sadio Mane have such excellent movement and if they continue playing that way Liverpool will be serious contenders for the Prem title," he wrote in his column for The Sun.

“They are so difficult to mark, and shift defenders all over the place to create space for the midfield runners like Adam Lallana to go forward.

“Liverpool's home form has been magnificent so far, with ten points out of 12 and 11 goals scored."

Mane and Coutinho were on the scoresheet at Anfield with Firmino and Mane providing the assists as the attacking triumvirate did the damage on Merseyside.
