Frank Rijkaard is under consideration at Chelsea to replace Carlo Ancelotti. The Daily Star says the new man will be joined in a Dutch takeover by Guus Hiddink, who is coming in as technical director to oversee all transfer dealings at Stamford Bridge.
Roman Abramovich has sought the advice of close friend Hiddink about where Chelsea's future lies with Ancelotti having failed to deliver a trophy this season.
Former Bridge boss Hiddink says ex-Barca boss Rijkaard and countryman Marco van Basten are the two best candidates capable of delivering success for Abramovich.
Both are free at present and would welcome the chance to take the job.
Neither would have concerns working alongside Hiddink.
