Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink says the Blues need stability if they're to overhaul Manchester United.
Hiddink has identified an imbalance between the two clubs, with one planning for short-term success - guess which? - and the other adopting a model that will leave a legacy long after Sir Alex Ferguson leaves Old Trafford.
"He has the right blend and you have to have three groups of players," Hiddink told the Daily Mail. "The older group of players are between 28-32, some are even 34. Then the mid-group who are 23-27, and the youngsters from 18-22.
"If the balance is right in those three groups, you can maintain your position as United have done for many years."
